CLINICAL PILATES and
GYROTONIC® METHOD

Pilates is a method of exercise which addresses abdominal recruitment, body alignment, flexibility, muscle control
and co-ordination.

The GYROTONIC® method is a unique form of exercise which challenges every muscle in the body.

MYOFASCIAL THERAPY

Myofascial Therapy involves soft and deep tissue massage techniques. It is used to free the body of the restrictions and pain caused by myofascial trigger points. Natasha has a Diploma of Myofascial Therapy & Dry Needling. Dry Needling involves the use of acupuncture needles to release myofascial trigger points to give rapid relief from pain and muscle tension.

Natasha is experienced in using Dry Needling for many conditions including ‘Tennis Elbow’ and ITB Syndrome.  She also uses it to free muscle tension in those at risk of hamstring and calf strains.
