Active Physio Director, Natasha Hogan, is a physiotherapist with over
17 years of experience. Natasha has worked at the elite level in AFL, cricket and tennis, including working with the following clients:

     • North Melbourne Football Club

     • Tennis Australia (International and National Competitions)

     • Cricket Victoria

     • Ironman and Olympic Distance Triathletes

     • Victorian College of the Arts students

     • Melbourne Theatre Company performers


To treat clients’ pain and injuries most effectively Natasha combines her training in Physiotherapy and Myofascial Therapy. Natasha has worked as a Myofascial Therapist
for the:


     • Australian Cricket Team

     • Essendon Football Club


Natasha enjoys getting people back to sport as quickly as possible by utilising a combination of her training in Advanced Sports Rehabilitation, Pilates and the GYROTONIC® Method. She has designed Development Programs, Rehabilitation Programs and Pilates Programs for elite athletes in various sporting codes.


Natasha welcomes opportunities to work alongside coaches and professionals in the fitness industry, to help their players or clients move in a way that will reduce their risk of injury whilst exercising.


At the specially equipped Active Physio Studio, Natasha can guide you through an exercise pathway to restore your fitness.

Natasha has extensive training to complement her wealth of experience. She strives to be a physiotherapist with a difference – going the extra length to explore and evaluate injury rehabilitation pathways.


Natasha’s quest for elite knowledge has seen her travel to the English Institute of Sport and to the internationally recognised Steadman Philippon Research Institute to compare how hips, knees and shoulder injuries are managed in different corners of the world.


She combines this knowledge with her training in Advanced Sports Rehabilitation, Pilates, GYROTONIC® Method and other courses to design unique programs for
her clients.
